- Make sure there is no mirror on the almirah facing southwest and it has subtle colours such as cream or light shades. An almirah with a mirror if kept in this direction may attract negative energies and stop the flow of positive energies into your house, as mirrors should always be placed either on the Northern wall or Eastern wall for positive energies.
- Do not opt for almirah made up of stones or marble. Though they may look attractive at first, they are not suitable for your home. You can always go for iron or wood almirah, wood is excellent when it comes to negative energies.
- Colour plays an important role here. Neural and earthy shades radiate positivity in the room and bring good vibes. So, you should go with colours such as white, beige, and cream in your almirah.
- “Brahmsthan“ which is called the centre of the home, should not be occupied by almirahs.

- Mirrors must be avoided.
- Avoid dark-coloured almirah.

- The main door of the house should be north-facing so that when you step out of your house, you face the north direction. The main door of the house should be bigger than the rest of the doors of the house and should be made of superior-quality wood.
- You should designate a room for meditation or spiritual prayers in the house, it will enhance the overall spirituality at your place.
- Keep your living room clutter-free. Make sure it is preferably northeast-facing. Just in case you do not find a northeast facing option, a northwest-facing facing will do as well.
- The master bedroom should be in the south-west corner of the house. This direction of the master bedroom brings health and prosperity.
- Do not place the television in front of your bed or sleeping space. It can lead to disruptions.
