Yes. Before listing astrologers on NamoAstro, we follow a standard and rigorous verification process while choosing our astrologers on the panel. We look for astrologers with a minimum of three years of experience, who possess a good knowledge of astrology, and who are passionate and committed to providing accurate and reliable astrological readings.

You will have to fill in the sign-up form with all the necessary details. Once you submit it, you will receive a registration confirmation email.

Birth details will be used to generate your horoscope and know your planetary positions to offer your astrology consultation. None of your information will be made public or sold to third parties

Talking to astrologers is a paid service. First, sign up and sign in with NamoAstro. Then, recharge your NamoAstro Wallet with the minimum necessary amount. Once your wallet account balance reflects the current balance, you will have to confirm your mobile number (you can even change the mobile number) and then proceed to click on the "Call" button. As soon as you click on the call button, you will immediately receive a call from your preferred astrologer, who will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your birth chart.

You can quickly and easily recharge your NamoAstro Wallet by clicking on the recharge Wallet icon on the website. We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards.

Yes. You can use your NamoAstro account details to sign in and contact our astrology consultants. You can also log in with your OpenID by using your existing Google, Yahoo, or Facebook IDs.

Recharge with a minimum balance to pay for at least 5 minutes of astrologer consultation from your preferred astrologer.

Your phone consultation fee is charged per minute. The fee is subtracted from your NamoAstro Wallet while you speak to an astrologer.

Your call charges may vary depending on the fees of the astrologer you choose. You will get a call summary, the amount deducted, and the balance in your NamoAstro Wallet. You can also check your balance amount anytime in your NamoAstro Wallet by clicking on the Wallet icon on the Astro Consultation page.

You can use it anytime for ‌future calls to talk with astrologers on NamoAstro.

No need to worry. It can be a network problem or a lack of funds in your NamoAstro Wallet. If the same astrologer is still available when your network is restored, you can call him or her. Two minutes prior to your balance expiring, you will hear a beep if there is insufficient balance.

Any network issue could be the cause of the call disconnection. After you connect with the astrologer, your call rates will be determined based on how long the call really lasted. The first minute of the call is free; after that, the cost will be applied as per the astrologer's fee to the remaining minutes.

It is possible that your preferred astrologer is unavailable or is already on another call when you call. You can either choose a different astrologer from our panel or wait a while to speak with the same one.

You can use your NamoAstro Wallet amount to purchase any service/product available on AstroVed.

Our server will save your conversation with the astrologer. But we promise it will be kept private.

You can wait ‌some time for your preferred astrologer to come online and make a call. Or, you can choose another astrologer on the panel.

If you are not happy with the consultation, you can get a refund. We will verify the conversation recording to see if we can give you a refund. Please read our refund policy to know more.

We will offer you a refund for your consultation within 48 hours of your call. You can email us your request or give us a call. We will be happy to help you out.

The refund will be directly deposited into your bank account within 48 hours of the procedure being completed.

The refund amount will be directly credited to either your bank account or NamoAstro Wallet.
